Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen Living in Separate Homes Amid Rumored Marriage Trouble – In order to give themselves some space during their marital issues, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have chosen to live apart. The NFL star and 42-year-old supermodel are reportedly living apart as they decide how to proceed with their relationship.
“Gisele has been telling Tom for a while he needs to spend more time with the family and after he retired, she thought she was getting what she asked for,” the source said. “Once Tom decided to go back to the NFL she was devastated.”
Another source reports, “Gisele is upset with Tom and wants some space right now. She is getting pushed to her limit. She has always supported Tom and has been there for him, but she is over it. She doesn’t think Tom has been himself lately.”

A little more than a week ago, Bündchen seemed to play down the rumors of marital problems by supporting Brady on Twitter, who on Sunday kicked off his 22nd season in the NFL. He led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 19-3 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in a nationally televised game in the evening. Days after that victory, news that the couple is no longer together has recently surfaced.
Recent reports linked the controversy to Brady’s decision to return to the NFL. The model “wasn’t thrilled” that her husband decided to resume playing football after only two months of retirement, despite Bündchen’s unwavering support for his decision. Brady’s announcement of his retirement was said to have made Bündchen “so happy,” and she was disappointed when he changed his mind and returned to the NFL.
The fact that Brady took a rare leave of absence in the middle of the Bucs’ training camp to “deal with some personal things” only served to fuel the rumors of a split. Brady’s absence from the game at the time had been linked to rumors that he had secretly appeared on The Masked Singer, a reality singing competition program that airs on Fox, the same network where Brady has a lucrative contract to continue his football career as the network’s lead booth analyst.
But in a new cover story interview for Elle’s October 2022 issue, Bündchen opened up about her concerns for Brady’s safety as her 45-year-old husband plays such a violent sport and her wanting him to be more present.
“Obviously, I have my concerns and this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,” she said. “I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for them. He needs to follow his joy, too.”
Brady has been incredibly busy since he unretired, in addition to his NFL career and his current position with Fox Sports. For starters, his production company, 199 Productions, is behind the 80 for Brady film in which the quarterback’s set to star opposite Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno, Sally Field and Lily Tomlin.
