Christine Quinn’s Husband Arrested Again for Allegedly Violating Restraining Order After Domestic Incident – Christian Richard, the spouse of Christine Quinn, has been apprehended for the second time within the span of this week. The husband of the Selling Sunset alum was detained on Wednesday evening for reportedly breaching an emergency protective order, as verified by a news source.
This incident follows Richard’s previous arrest on Tuesday, related to a domestic violence occurrence involving their son. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to a news outlet, “Last night at approximately 11:40 p.m. our Hollywood officers responded to a radio call. The suspect, Dumontet, Christian, was arrested for violation of a restraining order.”
Wednesday saw the LAPD disclosing the specifics of Richard’s previous arrest, during which law enforcement officers were called to their residence at approximately 2 p.m. local time on March 19, in response to a domestic matter. “Victim and suspect were involved in a domestic dispute,” the public information officer told a news outlet.

“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim, but the object hit the victim’s child causing injury,” the officer alleged. Richard was then charged with assault with a “deadly weapon,” and their son, Christian Georges Dumontet, was treated by paramedics.
The pair celebrated the arrival of Christian, their first and only child together, in May 2021, having tied the knot in December 2019. Their acquaintance occurred subsequent to Quinn wrapping up filming for the inaugural season of Selling Sunset, during which she held a recurring role until season 5.
Richard made occasional appearances during his wife’s tenure as a cast member on the Netflix real estate docudrama, allowing viewers a glimpse into their relationship. During his appearances alongside his spouse, he opted to use the name Richard rather than his actual surname, Dumontet, purportedly for “privacy reasons,” as stated by a Netflix representative.

Quinn previously spoke about her husband’s preference to stay out of the spotlight during a 2020 interview with Bustle. “He’s the opposite of me in every way, because I love to put myself out there. I love to be fabulous. He doesn’t care about dressing up or looking good. He doesn’t care about any of that stuff. He only cares about his work and traveling,” she told the outlet.
By May 2022, Quinn disclosed to a media outlet that she and her spouse had transitioned into business partners, joining forces to establish their cryptocurrency real estate enterprise, RealOpen. Departing from the Oppenheim Group, the agency central to Selling Sunset, Quinn opted to dedicate her efforts to this new business endeavor.
