Rihanna Is Pregnant with Second Baby, Reveals Bump During Super Bowl 2023 Halftime Show – Rihanna is expecting her second child, according to reports. The 34-year-old 2023 Super Bowl Halftime singer walked the stage in Phoenix on Sunday wearing head-to-toe in bright red, exposing a baby bump and becoming the first pregnant woman to star in the halftime show.
In the initial seconds of her performance, Rihanna rubbed her tummy and left the zipper of her attire — a jumpsuit layered over a close-fitting bodysuit and sculpted bandeau — down to display her belly. Rihanna’s rep verified the news on Sunday night. In May 2022, the Grammy winner and her boyfriend, rapper A$AP Rocky, welcomed their first child. During the halftime show, he was spotted excitedly cheering her on the sidelines, filming her performance and dancing along with her.

Rihanna first confirmed that she was having her first child with Rocky, 33, in January 2022. After she was photographed debuting her baby bump in New York City, a source told a news outlet that Rihanna is “excited to be a mom” and “couldn’t be happier.” “Everything Rihanna does, she does it her own way on her own time table, and having a baby is no different,” the source said, adding that the couple were over the moon about their baby on the way.
“They’re just like any other pair of parents-to-be. Yes, they happen to be famous, but they’re just the cutest, giddiest young couple that’s expecting kids.” Rihanna opened her highly-anticipated Super Bowl performance with “B— Better Have My Money” and also performed her hits “Run This Town” and “Umbrella” on Sunday.
Before welcoming their first child, Rihanna told Elle that, as a fan of The Real Housewives franchise, she thinks her parenting style will be similar to that of Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice. “Teresa from Jersey does not play about her kids. She will flatten you about those kids. And that resonates with me a lot because I feel like that’s the type of mom I’m going to be,” Rihanna told the outlet.
