Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers Settle Divorce – Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers have finally resolved their divorce after nearly three years since their initial separation. A recent report states that they have come to an agreement, as outlined in the Declaration of Default, concerning their property division and matters related to child and spousal support.
This settlement was reached on Tuesday, bringing an end to their prolonged legal proceedings. According to the docs, “the parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court” and that the pair are asking “the court to approve the agreement.”

Once the judge grants approval for the agreement, the divorce will be officially finalized. The pair announced they were going their separate ways after 10 years of marriage on social media in July 2020, sharing identical statements that read, “Thirteen years as best friends, soulmates, partners and then parents. It has been an incredible journey, but together, we’ve decided to turn the page and move on from our marriage.”
“As we enter into this next chapter, our children and relationship as co-parents and dear friends will remain our priority.” Shortly after, Chambers initiated the divorce proceedings, to which Hammer responded around the same time. In her original divorce documents, Chambers cited irreconcilable differences as the cause for their separation and requested primary physical custody of their two children, Harper (8) and Ford (6).
Hammer, on the other hand, sought joint legal and physical custody of the kids. These legal actions were taken before numerous allegations and claims were made against Hammer by multiple women regarding his sexual fantasies. One woman named Effie accused him of rape and mental, emotional, and sexual abuse.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office recently concluded a comprehensive investigation into the allegations against Hammer, which lasted for almost two years. Ultimately, they determined that no charges would be filed against the embattled actor. Tiffiny Blacknell, Director of Communications for DA George Gascon, stated that there was “insufficient evidence” to pursue criminal charges against Hammer.

Following the decision by the District Attorney’s Office, a source informed news that Hammer feels relieved to have been cleared and is now focused on repairing his relationship with his children and ex-wife. The source continues, “Aside from that, he’s focused on his career and hopes and believes that he will work again.”
“He doesn’t have anything set in place yet for what he’s going to do or what his big reveal will be, but he’s looking forward to picking up the pieces and getting his life back on track.” Chambers, meanwhile, told a news outlet in December 2022 that she was looking forward to the next chapter of her life following the end of her marriage to Hammer.
