Globant Finds 73% of Tech Professionals Believe Metaverse Is Accessible to Them – People believe the metaverse is close and accessible to them, according to a report released by Globant, an Argentinian software business.
The report, titled “How the Metaverse is Transcending Digital Limits and Reinventing Our Place in the Physical World,” found that while 73 percent of those polled believe the metaverse is accessible, only 26% have encountered metaverse experiences.
The metaverse and its technology have become popular subjects for organizations to do research on in order to gain a better understanding of how consumers view this new sector. People are actually feeling much closer to the metaverse than experts claim, according to a recent report published by Globant, an Argentinian software business.
The report, titled “How the Metaverse is Transcending Digital Limits and Reinventing Our Place in the Physical World,” looked at the opinions of 834 technology professionals from around the world who were part of Globant’s database.
Even with all of the additional technology required to create this alternate world, 73 percent of those surveyed feel that the metaverse is available to them, according to the report. Only 26.5 percent of them, however, claimed to have had metaverse experiences.
Globant’s chief technical officer, Diego Tártara, stated:
“The metaverse is challenging organizations to get their businesses ready for this new environment, even if it is still in its early stages. At the same time, their users are still learning to embrace this new era as they transition their businesses to this new reality.”
One of the other report’s results concerns the target market for metaverse apps. While the metaverse apps’ technology is built on virtual reality hardware, the respondents believe that the sector isn’t just for the young. The metaverse is addressed to all generations, according to 75% of respondents.
In addition, the research discussed the significance of metaverse technologies for the future of remote work. The participants were particularly hopeful about the metaverse’s role in remote work, with 69 percent feeling it plays a critical role in this application. During the Covid-19 outbreak, remote work became popular, and numerous companies are considering retaining it as part of their scheduling strategy.
