Indiana AG Launches Probe of Doctor who Gave 10-Year-Old Abortion – The state’s attorney general is looking into the claims made by the Indiana doctor who allegedly performed an abortion on a 10-year-old girl after the girl was raped.

Republican pro-lifer Rokita released a statement on Thursday stating, “We are examining this incident and are awaiting the essential records to verify if the abortion and/or the abuse were reported, as Dr. Caitlin Bernard had duties to do both under Indiana law.”
