The question was when the Blues, led by Todd Boehly at the top, would decide to part ways with Tuchel.

The new owners believe that now is the ideal moment to implement this change as they have now owned the Club for 100 days and have continued to work hard to move the Club forward.

Boehly is attempting to move on swiftly because life in the world of football requires it. However, his decision has been met with varied reactions. Although it is believed that Graham Potter and Mauricio Pochettino are the two early front-runners to succeed the German, Anthony Barry will be hired to fill in temporarily until the managerial hiring process is complete.
Potter vs. Pochettino has already divided the fanbase, with several groups of supporters and even certain media pundits identifying advantages and disadvantages of the two aforementioned candidates. Terry would support the current Premier League manager if it were only him making the decision.
